The Business of the Year award, sponsored by Community Futures Cariboo Chilcotin, is a significant honour. Out of 77 nominations received this year, CCR stood out for its exemplary commitment to job creation, community involvement, and leadership in the forestry sector. Five anonymous judges reviewed nominations independently, selecting CCR as the winner based on criteria such as revenue and job growth, customer service, innovative practices, and contributions to professional development.
